Eagle Creek Hike, 7/19/97

These photos were taken on a hiking trip that several Intel interns made to Eagle Creek, in the Columbia River Gorge. Thanks to Todd for organizing the trip. It was a very enjoyable hike.

This is from the hike in. Well, at least the shot of Sarah's back came out well.
Eagle creek.
Lots of trees along the way.
This was off on a side trail. Very nice area.
Do you see the rainbow?
A small waterfall.
I think this is the same shot but with a wider view.
My camera focussed on the wrong thing here. I'll have to work on that. I think this is of a natural stone bridge. Nice shot anyway.
This is an area known as punch bowl. Several of up went down to the base of the waterfall but I didn't bring my camera. Some of us went in the water. We observed someone else do this unintentionally.
Looking up from the punch bowl area.
This falls, 6.5 miles in are were some of us stopped.
The trail goes behind the waterfall.
The water from the falls was very refreshing after the uphill hike in.
The base of the falls.
